Australian Leather offers premium handcrafted leather goods including bags, wallets, belts, and accessories. All products are made from genuine full-grain Australian leather by master craftsmen in our Melbourne workshop.

3. Orders and Payments

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated
  • We accept major credit cards and secure payment methods
  • Orders are confirmed upon successful payment
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
  • Custom orders may require additional lead time and deposits

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship worldwide with tracking on all orders
  • Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method
  • Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier
  • Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer

5. Lifetime Warranty

All Australian Leather products come with our lifetime warranty covering:

  • Defects in materials and workmanship
  • Hardware failures under normal use
  • Stitching and structural integrity

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper care.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items
  • Items must be in original condition with all packaging
  • Custom or personalized items are non-returnable
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY AUSTRALIAN LAW, AUSTRALIAN LEATHER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.
